After I left the class I purchased the professional therapist kit, Bye-Bye Belly Blues, and the Hello Body Mechanic. I was extremely surprised in regards to the Belly Blues as I suffer from IBS and Colitis. I purchased the Body Mechanics for my husband as he suffers painful neck issues.
